  • Absolutely! You can see the specific tasks provided for each service HERE. Please note, Trustline Transactions provides administrative and transaction support services only. We do not offer real estate advice, legal advice, or participate in the negotiation of any real estate transaction. Any questions or requests related to terms, negotiation, or strategic real estate decisions will be directed to the licensed real estate agent representing the client.

  • Depending on the service you are requesting, we will gain access to your broker compliance, document prep program, MLS and your CRM. We will also discuss how you prep your buyer and seller documents.

  • All confidential information you provide is encrypted and will never be shared. This includes your business practices, client information, and contract documents.

  • Contract to Close and Conveyancing fees are collected only if your deal closes. Typically, we will collect this as a settlement charge on the ALTA/HUD from you or your client, whichever you prefer. Additionally, we can also charge your credit card. Concierge fees are charged on a monthly basis, and notary fees are due at the time of service.

  • Concierge services (listings, rentals, etc.) are billed on a monthly basis. You will receive an invoice on the first of each month with all concierge orders you placed for the prior month and your credit card will be charged on the 7th. This allows 7 days to make other payment arrangements if necessary.
